1. No Refunds on Digital Products

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. We recommend reviewing product details carefully before making a purchase.
 

2. Order Issues

If you experience any technical issues, such as an incorrect file being delivered, please contact us immediately at contact.sheart@gmail.com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
 

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Duplicate purchases made accidentally

  • Failure to deliver the product due to technical issues on our end.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact.sheart@gmail.com with proof of the issue, and we will assess your request.
